Summary: I booked the room for my granddaughter to see a concert at Scotiabank Center. Great location. I wanted to make sure her check in was easy for her because it was prepaid and she hasn’t done this before. I called the hotel prior to and your team made sure all notes were on file for an easy check in.

Summary: Amazing hotel! One of the best rooms my wife and I have been to. We usually spend a weekend in Toronto every summer and have been to many hotels. This one wins on location, quality of service, and honestly room options and hospitality that feel much more than the price.

Summary: Everything was amazing and all workers were considerate and polite. View was also great and it was a great spot as it was close to attractions. Although I recommend putting the Scotia Bank Arena's address when asked to be dropped off in the hotel as most of our uber had a hard time looking for the hotel.
